QWhat is your minimum order?

AWe have a minimum order of $100.00 for in-stock items and $300.00 for out-of-stock items.
QDo I need to send a purchase order?

AAll product purchases should be initiated by the buyer issuing a purchase order, which can be emailed to us. All orders are subject to acceptance by OUDE Electronic. We do not accept verbal orders. Orders should include the following information: unit quantity, part number, description, applicable price and required delivery date, if any restrictions on brand, packaging or date codes must be specified in advance prior to shipment. No order may be canceled or rescheduled without OUDE Electronic's consent, which may be given at OUDE Electronic's sole discretion. Products identified by OUDE Electronic orally, online or in writing as "NCNR" or "Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable" shall be deemed non-cancellable and non-returnable.
